Welcome from the President

As President of Hawick Albion I would like to welcome you to our web page. Our Club runs four teams - S1, S2, S3 and under-16s.

The object of the Club is the development of these boys, hopefully into the future players for Hawick and Scotland.

The reason that the Club was set up was to encourage boys that did not get a game for the school to play on a Sunday and not be lost to the game. [More]

Albion players represent club

Quite a number of our players have been selected to take part in the pathway development squads and I have attached a photo showing Jack McColm and Nicky Hay taking an active part in an attack for the Roxburgh Raiders against the East Lothian Falcons in a recent “friendly” at Riverside Jedurgh. We also had Darren Fisher and Callum Simpson selected from S2 to take part at a summer rugby camp held at Struan, Perthshire at the SSC camp courtesy of the SRU. Unfortunately Darren pulled a thigh muscle half way through the week and took no part in a very full blooded game at the end of the week
